A tiger's black and orange coloring is perfectly designed to camouflage their appearance in the shadows of their natural habitat, but the pattern is broken by a bright white spot on the back of each ear. Tigers use these spots to communicate with each other.

Young cubs learn to hunt by trailing their mother's white spots. When adult tigers meet they often turn their ears backward clearly displaying the white spots.
Our internal communication is constantly guided by this clear visual communication. All our team members leave white spots behind to signal and teach others. We don't wear our white spots to meetings with clients, but i believe we carry the attitude and discipline they inspire everywhere we go. |

Opportunities occur every day. One lesson I've learned is that a flexible organized system of managing your work is essential to being open to them when they arrive. Getting Things Done, by David Allen, the E-myth by Michael Gerber, there are hundreds, but the important thing is that you develop a system and follow it.
Once the discipline becomes ingrained and automatic it's like meditation; it takes you to a place where you can accomplish your work, grow your business and be open to new opportunities. Even more importantly your system will signal you when you fall of your center and are not breathing correctly.
One of my team members pointed out to me today that i was not prioritizing well. Just another check and balance in our evolving system of success. |
